Band of Horses

We went to a Band of Horses concert in Salt Lake City with our friends.  It was a beautiful day.  

What more can you ask for.  Good music, good people, the aroma of weed in the air, and beer cups being dropped on you as people walk by.  

For those of you who don't know who Band of Horses is:

Derric doesn't like his picture being taken... but he was pretty excited for the concert.

I may have taken a stalker photo of this guy's crazy mustache.  He was also wearing a purple Justin Bieber tshirt that I unfortunately couldn't get on film.

Hermana Syme

Adrianne came to Provo a few days before entering the MTC on Wednesday and we got to spend some time to spend with her before leaving.  Like going to La Jolla Grove for dinner.

and then Crystal took Adrianne to the MTC on Wednesday afternoon

She is going to do some great things in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in the next 18 months!

Sacramento

We went to Sacramento for the fourth of July and for Adrianne's misison farewell talk.  

I enjoyed the fireworks obviously.

But it wasn't as exciting as the show in San Diego this year...

We went rafting all day with friends and family.

Derric brought some things back that were left in his closet... including a sword!

and we had a great time with family.
