Our first valentines went wonderfully! We exchanged gifts at midnight, I gave Derric a Zombie card game, and he gave me Diablo II and chocolates.
He's such a romantic! Then later Derric came home after work to a home cooked candlelit dinner. He brought me yellow daisies and we ate our romantic meal while watching X men first class.
Then Wednesday was my birthday! I am now 24 years old. we celebrated by going to Tucano's for dinner with Derric's sisters Adrianne and Crystal. I ate so much... we definitely got our money's worth. Then we went to Adrianne's apartment for cake and some episodes of Modern Family. Derric gave me the ice cream maker attachment for my kitchenaid mixer that i've been coveting, and i opened it up that night and made rasberry icecream the next day. yum!
